Endorsements

The Best Endorsement Is When Someone Takes Action

One of the best endorsements I can think of is when someone sees the value in your work and endorses it by referring it to others, taking action to implement your recommendations or purchases it for others to benefit from.

Accordingly, the US Military is recognizing the value of The Warriors Guide to Insanity as a guide for our Troops dealing with Combat.  It’s recently been approved by The Department of Veteran Affairs for distribution to all Vet Centers around the country as a “clinical tool”, a communication bridge between the Combat Veteran and the clinician.

The Warrior’s Guide was written for the Combat Veteran, in the “Grunt” language we understand.  It was also written for the parents, spouses, children and loved ones of our Heroes.  By understanding the Warrior Mind, all are helped in the healing process.

Testimonials

Here are a few of the letters and emails I have received recently.

Hi Mr. Brandi,

I am a counselor at the San Bernardino, CA Vet Center. With regard to dealing with the challenges I have to deal with in my PTSD Coping Skills Group, I find that your book, “The Warriors Guide To Insanity” is the most helpful book I have ever had to use for the purpose of getting these great Vietnam and GWOT veterans open up and begin to heal!

For the first time in years, I am getting requests from the guys for them to get their own copies.

Thank you so much for such an insightful and challenging guide!

Respectfully,

Andy,

Thanks for the book. It sure opened my eyes to what my dad has been expierencing and helped me alot. I see alot of the 12 step programs at work in your book. I have alot of questions about my dads time in the service and my dad and I have been talking about it. It seems as though we have gotten closer. I really enjoyed the book. Thank you again.

Hello out there! I heard your presentation today. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! I have spent the past 15+ years trying to figure out what is wrong with me and today, in one hour, I have a much clearer understanding. You have helped me realize that there is in fact an Oso (or Osa since I’m a chic) in there and I have to learn to control it. I live my life waiting for the opportunity to snap someone’s neck and after today I know that I can control that. I made the mistake of counting to 10 instead of 3! I realized today that counting past 3 opens the door for plotting revenge and God only knows what else. I could go on and on about how GREAT I feel tonight after hearing you today but I won’t. I just wanted to thank you from the depths of my soul for being here in Santa Fe, NM today and taking the time to make a difference in the lives of our warriors. God bless you and yours always.

Sometimes you have to forget how you feel, and remember what you deserve.

Thank you for writing this book. I am only one person and I treat only a fraction of the young folks who come back shattered by their time in theatre and outside the wire. Your book is not like anything else they have seen. I will keep using it and advocating for better treatment for our soldiers.

Sincerely,

Sgt. Brandi, I work at the Lincoln Vet Center. I was just writing yet another chart note regarding the significant impact of your book on the life of a veteran. This book speaks to these guys, and in turn, enables them to speak with their own voice. Many thanks, – – – – – – – – – –

I just wanted to take the time to write you a email regarding your book. I am currently in a medical board for PTSD and other combat related issues. I was also a first responder on Nov. 5 here at Fort Hood during the shooting. i played a close hands on role doing alot of first aid, and combat lifesaver tactics in the shooting room. The reason for me writing you is simple your book has made me realize so much and i have only just begun reading it. There isnt to many things that i can sit down and just read or in better words im not really a book kinda guy. but your book so far has shed so much light on alot of key issues. If i could make one wish it would be for all Section Sgts and Platoon Sgts hell all command and leadership to read your book. So they could all have a idea of what the soldiers are going through. Thank you so much for everything your doing i would enjoy hearing back from you soon.
