QUICK DEBRIEF ON ME:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  1. I am LAKOTA\/ SHAWNEE\/ CHEROKEE AND GERMAN GYPSY from my MOTHER and IRISH GYPSY and ENGLISH DRUID from my father. I am a certified MUTT.<\/li>\n
  2. I was born August 2, 1948.<\/li>\n
  3. I care deeply that our CHILDREN WARRIORS of all our ethnic background (MALE & FEMALE) are returning home and not being properly integrated back into our nation, in a loving and respectful way.<\/li>\n
  4. As an Elder Warrior it brings sorrow to my heart when I listen to our wounded heroes, and hear and feel their anger and sometimes shame.<\/li>\n
  5. As Sgt Brandi.com (as a man I deeply respect) says \u201cThose who have been to war are WARRIORS and will never again be the children our nation sent off to war\u201d. For this reason I am proud and humbled at the same time, that such a wonderful advocate would ask me to contribute to his web site.<\/li>\n
  6. I have been asked to address Native American and Female warriors of all Ethnic backgrounds and links to understanding how WARRIORS are re-integrated to home\/ family\/ and nation after the terrible sacrifices and actions they had to make and take to protect our nation.<\/li>\n
  7. I have over the past six (6) years listened and talked to many nations of the WEST and EAST on ceremonies to re-integrate YOUNG WARRIORS and my OLD WARRIOR HIDE too;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    THERE IS SOMETHING FOR ALL WARRIORS YOUNG AND OLD WHO WISH TO SEEK PEACE AND BELONGING IN THE FOLLOWING LINKS AND MY OWN FEEBLE ATTEMPT TO PROVIDE AN OVERVIEW OF WHAT MANY NATIONS \u00a0AND INDIGENIOUS PEOPLES HAVE DONE TO WELCOME HOME THEIR WARRIORS.<\/p>\n

    Where do I go from here? Well I said I would come back with additional information regarding the care and feeding of WARRIORS. In the WAY BACK TIME (AKA VIETNAM WAR) as I was working with the Montagnards of Vietnam and then with the Hmong of Laos (and I mean eating, sleeping, battling and being trained in their cultures) was when I first realized that the First Nation’s way of honoring and respecting WARRIORS MALE AND FEMALE was universal among many\/ if not all indigenous peoples (Hunter\/ gather societies).<\/p>\n

    As I have traveled around this country over these past six (6) years, to many different reservations and a lot of times where no sane human being would go; I am talking about the bridges\/the parks\/anywhere I might find HOMELESS (a lot of times by their own choice). WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO BE HOMELESS? I certainly didn\u2019t but I was. Many that I encountered had drug\/Alcohol\/PTSD\/…, with families that turned their backs on them and a government that deserted them.<\/p>\n

    Oh I know the Government says many platitudes, unfortunately we have all felt the disgust and fear they have for us WARRIORS. They created us, and we did the job of keeping the rest as safe as we could. But; once again the civilians have lost interest in the Mission and those who defend our Nation. That is the reason I reached out to my First Nations heritage\/my Irish warrior heritage\/ my Nordic and Germanic warrior heritage\/ and researched what kind of traditions Cultures all over the world used to honor and show respect for the WARRIORS the tribes (of all indigenous peoples) depended on to protect and serve their people.<\/p>\n

    With the advent of the Internet and the wealth of the world\u2019s knowledge, there is more than my humble self can sift through. It is my great hope and prayer that what small windows and doors I have looked through and walked upon their pages leads you who hear my words; to embrace and search out the TRUTHS that are there and know that we are WARRIORS. But; that comes with never-ending responsibility on our parts to strive to learn and educate ourselves and to not be ashamed of who we are.<\/strong><\/p>\n
